Stroudsburg Meeting Schedule
NOTE: For the following boards, meetings may not be held and may be cancelled if no applications are received. Check the Agendas page for each entity to confirm if a meeting will occur.
Borough Council : First and Third Tuesdays each month at 7 p.m.
Board of Historical Architectural Review (HARB): First Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
Planning Commission : Second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Shade Tree Commission: Second Thursday of each month at 4 p.m., except no meetings in July and August
Zoning Hearing Board : Third Wednesday of each month at 4:30 p.m.
All of the above meetings are held in the Municipal Building at 700 Sarah Street
- Stroud Area Regional Police Commission : Second Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Police Station (in the Conference Room in building next door to Main Station)
- Stroud Regional Open Space and Recreation Commission : Last Thursday of each month at 5:30 at the Day Street Recreation Center in East Stroudsburg
- Brodhead Creek Regional Authority : First Wednesday of each month at Noon at 410 Millcreek Rd. in Stroud Twp.
