When are residential parking permits enforced?
The residential parking permits are enforced Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Do I have to put money in meters on Saturday?
Yes, metered parking is enforced Monday through Saturday. The hours of enforcement are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Does the Borough sell municipal parking lot permits? 
Yes, we sell quarterly permits in lots 2, 4 and 5. Lot 2 is located off of Ann Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets, and this is where our parking deck is located.  Lot 4 is located on the corner of Fifth and Sarah Streets. Lot 5 is located behind the buildings on Main Street between Seventh and Eighth Streets off Bank Alley.
